3.1 Services

We offer installation, consultation, and maintenance services for Essential AI devices for daily life. Scheduling, rescheduling, and refund requests for services must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. If you need to reschedule, please contact us via our contact form. Services canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

3.2 Digital Information Products

SmartOVibe provides digital guides, tutorials, and software licenses for Essential AI devices. Digital products are available for immediate download upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of digital information products are final and non-refundable. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

3.3 Physical Products

SmartOVibe offers AI devices and accessories. All products come with a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. To request a product refund or replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery via our contact form. Products must be sent back in their original packaging and condition. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the sent-back item. Shipping charges remain with the customer.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by offering type:

• Services: Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. You may opt to reschedule once without additional charges by contacting us via our contact form.
• Digital Information Products: No refunds due to instant access delivery.
• Physical Products: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect items you send back. Shipping fees remain with the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment medium within 30 days of approval.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on SmartOVibe.top and become effective upon posting. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

7. Liability Limitations

SmartOVibe is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or product.
